WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS. ONCE THE PRODUCTS LEAVE OUR HANDS AND IS IN YOUR HANDS, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS BECAUSE OF THE TYPE OF PRODUCT IT IS. WE ONLY SELL FROZEN CONCH, IT’S A STRAIGHT FORWARD PRODUCT AND TRANSACTION. NO RETURNS! IF THERE IS A MISTAKE ON OUR PART, WE WILL DO EVERYTHING TO RECTIFY AND MAKE RIGHT. WE ARE WHOLESALERS BUT DO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE FROM US.
